“No Processing Fees?” It Sounds Too Good to Be True

We understand that a service without standard processing fees might seem surprising. It’s only natural to wonder whether a company charging for device disposal will provide a better service.

The reality is… that’s simply not the case.

Just like other ITADs, we provide secure, GDPR and WEEE-compliant data erasure and recycling, with comprehensive data erasure certification for every device we process.

Using industry-leading software such as Phonecheck and Blancco, alongside specialist tools like the DataBot, we deliver the same professional standard of secure data erasure you’d expect from traditional ITAD providers, without the unnecessary costs.

There are some situations where we would charge a processing fee, but this would only be when the inventory being collected has little or no resale value. If your collection includes devices we can refurbish and remarket, we will typically waive these fees. However, if the majority of your inventory falls outside our acceptance criteria, a processing charge may be necessary.

Even in these circumstances, our fees are typically lower than many ITAD providers, some of whom, also charge separately for collection.

Our goal is simple: maximise the rebate you receive wherever possible. While some providers charge processing fees and still go on to sell your devices, we pay you for the technology that retains value.
