Lock Removals

Apple Stolen Device Protection, Android Theft Protection, and Activation Locks (such as iCloud, MDM, or other account-based device locks) are security features designed to prevent unauthorised access.

To ensure devices can be processed correctly, all such locks must be fully removed prior to sending devices to Mazuma Business. We are unable to offer value for locked devices.
