Liability depends on how the devices are received. If we collect the devices directly via one of our vehicles, Mazuma Business becomes liable as soon as we take possession of them. If the devices are sent via DPD, we assume liability once they arrive at our warehouse for processing.

No, payments from Mazuma Business can only be made to business bank accounts.

Payment is made 30 days after the invoice date, provided all required paperwork has been completed and signed.

We offer next-day collection for orders completed before 4pm.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to collect on Fridays due to DPD’s delivery schedule, unless it’s a dedicated collection using Mazuma’s tracked vehicle.

Yes, we provide free collection. However, if you request your items to be returned, a charge of £25 + VAT per box will apply.

Yes, we require a minimum of 10 products per order. There is no maximum limit, we’re happy to handle large volumes, as we typically process over 25,000 devices monthly.

We accept a wide variety of devices, including iPhones (from iPhone 7 onwards), iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, Samsung smartphones (S10 and newer), select Samsung tablets, and Google Pixel phones (Pixel 6 and above). If you have items that fall outside these specifications but also have eligible ones, feel free to get in touch, we may be able to responsibly recycle those devices for you.
