Convenient Collection
We’ll send a driver to collect your assets free of charge! Once the driver has returned to our warehouse, one of our many trained technicians will thoroughly assess all of your devices and provide a quote upon completion.
Please note: All Apple devices will need to have any associated iCloud accounts removed.
Data Erased
We understand just how important the security of your business’s data is. That’s why our process maintains compliance with a variety of GDPR and WEEE practices and measures. You can rest assured your sensitive information will remain secure, as it has for the millions of consumers who have recycled old phones through Mazuma.
Measures that guarantee this security include, but are not limited to:
- A secure courier to collect your devices and safely deliver them back to our warehouse.
- Automatic erasure of all data across all devices using Blancco and Phonecheck software. This process takes all devices back to their factory settings.
- Trained Mazuma warehouse technicians handling and assessing the value of each individual device.
For specific devices, upon request we can provide data erasure certificates.

Fast Payment
We pride ourselves on offering the best price for business devices. That means the sustainable solution can also be the most financially rewarding. Payment can be made via bank transfer or cheque, within 30 days of processing.
FAQs
We accept a wide variety of devices, including iPhones (from iPhone 7 onwards), iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, Samsung smartphones (S10 and newer), select Samsung tablets, and Google Pixel phones (Pixel 6 and above). If you have items that fall outside these specifications but also have eligible ones, feel free to get in touch, we may be able to responsibly recycle those devices for you.
Yes, we require a minimum of 10 products per order. There is no maximum limit, we’re happy to handle large volumes, as we typically process over 25,000 devices monthly.
Yes, we provide free collection. However, if you request your items to be returned, a charge of £25 + VAT per box will apply.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to collect on Fridays due to DPD’s delivery schedule, unless it’s a dedicated collection using Mazuma’s tracked vehicle.
We offer next-day collection for orders completed before 4pm.
Payment is made 30 days after the invoice date, provided all required paperwork has been completed and signed.
No, payments from Mazuma Business can only be made to business bank accounts.
Liability depends on how the devices are received. If we collect the devices directly via one of our vehicles, Mazuma Business becomes liable as soon as we take possession of them. If the devices are sent via DPD, we assume liability once they arrive at our warehouse for processing.
